Molier steet's Sakana is a cult spot for sushi lovers. Located in a tenement block, right next to Ballet School, it's enjoyed unwaining popularity since 2002.
It has undergone a make-over recently. The new interiors, designed by Boris Kudlicka and WAA workshop, has garnered praise from architecture & interior design magazines. The room -- laid out with milled wood with origami-inspired patterns -- and the futuristic lighting rings are bound to impress.
The guests can also use a mobile app as a replacement for a traditional paper menu -- and a helpful tool in picking wine for a particular dish, choosing foods recommended for pregnant women, gym enthusiasts and dieters.
